1.       Empowerment and support oflocal community groups and their cultures..

2.       Enable non profit community groups and individuals to produce and broadcast content whilst they maintain editorial control of that content..

3.       Protection against political or corporate influence on finances and policy.

4.       Assist anl liase in the training of the community in technical and production skills.

5.       Facilitating the development of local content by supporting local writers drama groups and journalists within the   production process.

6.       To define and facilitate the network of the existing local skill base to do this.

9.       To act as a focus and leverage for the establishment of a strong local media industry.
